Dear Sir, Delivery was great, No damage to rug or package at all. There is one thing, the rug has a strong musty smell, how can I get rid of that, aired it out, but I'm still having a problem. Other then that love the rug. Maria

Rugpal exceeded my expectations, a rare occurrence these days. I wanted an addition( bigger size for dinning room) to a specific rug that I had gotten at Lowes. I found it (half the price of Lowes) on line at Rugpal. While looking at the rug I wanted they offered an additional discount. It was backed by Google insurance so I thought I would take a chance. Wow! The site was very easy to navigate, they had what I wanted, check out was a snap and the price was the best anywhere( I know as I looked everywhere). Shipping was amazing, it was free for me and the best part is it actually arrived in less than 4 days after I placed the order( one rug arrived in 2 days and the other was 4). I would defiantly recommend Rugpal and I will be shopping with them again.

Their choice, not mine, to send a different version of the pattern seen online..like zooming in on the rug and cropping the sides. For my living room I like it much better than what I ordered. Rug Designer Telepathy? Nice quality, colors true to online image, maybe slightly lighter.

I ordered runners and rugs for our new office space. I didn't want to spend a lot because it is a high-traffic area that gets access from the street level. We live in Maine so minimizing the tracking in of salt and sand is a real challenge and it is quite damaging to our rugs. I felt like I was taking a chance that the rugs would be inferior quality. I am delighted with the product. The rugs are perfect and look great. I would recommend this product. RugPal was accurate and prompt. I even got a call from a representative after I placed the online order because I had ordered 5 of one length rug and she was making sure that I really intended to order 5. I will definitely return to RugPal in the future.

I had seen this rug on other sites for a lot more money. It is the same rug from the same manufacturer!! Working with RugPal was therefore a no brainer. And free shipping too!

I sincerely want to thank RugPal for my amazing Couristan rug! It came delivered to my front door and was packaged perfectly. When I took the rug out it rolled out on my floor and looks so gorgeous! It took my breath away. Thank you for the beautiful rug and at the most lowest price offered on the web as competitors had this rug at 2 times the price. I will definitely be purchasing from RugPal again and highly recommend them!

Ordered a braided pouf ottoman online and the free shipping arrived promptly in 4 days, including a weekend. But the color was wrong - received bright orange instead of the light beige I ordered. I immediately called their customer service and got voice mail. No return call yet, 3 hours later. Still waiting to see if this is going to turn out better than it started. It only got worse. I packed up and returned the orange ottoman and about a week later another orange ottoman arrived. I just wanted a refund but they insisted they would get it right on the third try. The third ottoman was a pale silver color which they insisted was correct - which given the color name, "shadow", probably was right. However, the photo on their website was a brown ottoman. Clearly an error in the photo from the manufacturer. They insisted it was due to variations in "monitors". The colors are not even close, they didn't even bother to look at them. I shipped the third ottoman back with the promise of refund to my credit card. I finally got the refund after I sent another email 3 weeks after I shipped the final wrong product back to them. I advise you look elsewhere and save yourself a lot of trouble.
