The wrong carpets were delivered. Notified RugPal on delivery day (December 28) and was told it might take three working days for their return department to get back with us. Today is the third working day (January 3rd) and no response. Will give them one more day to respond ....likely heavy returns after the Christmas holiday ..... before I notify my credit card company.

I found just the rug that I wanted at a price that was almost $200.00 less than other companies. Also extremely impressed at the fast shipping as well. Rug is high quality and looks great! Will definitely be buying from RugPal again!

We were very pleased with the carpet and there price. I would definitely order again! Unfortunately the online tracking is non existent. I received an email that the rug had been shipped 6 hours AFTER it was delivered. Worse yet, the pad ordered at the same time had not yet shipped,

Bought 3 rugs and were processed and taken out of account and days later: Oops, rug no longer available. Would you like to shop for different rug. If I wanted a different rug I would have ordered it. So, now I have 2 rugs shipped to me and can't have the 3rd one. I want matching rugs, not a rug that doesn't match. I'm frustrated. With technology today you should be able to keep track of what you do and don't have in stock!!!😕

Rug Pal made my shopping easy. They gave good descriptions with important details about their rugs that helped me make my choice. My rug actually arrived ahead of schedule and was exactly what I wanted, and at a lower price than other websites that sold the same rug..

Shipping time was longer than website stated even though product was in stock. Product did eventually arrive with no issues.

I am not that easy to please and not only do I not ordinarily do reviews, but I mostly do them as a cautionary tale to others. However, these guys deserve my time. Prices, quality, delivery, and response to questions and concerns were all worthy of five stars. I have since made another purchase and am probably going to go back for a third one. We just bought a house with more hardwood than before and I am so happy to not have to go to a bunch of sites before I buy.

This company is wonderful. I accidentally entered the wrong zip code with my order. They called me and sent an email. After confirming my mistake, I received my order in just a few days. It's even better than the picture. I will be sure to shop with them again and telling everyone about them.

Your web site shows over 33,000 rugs, I know it's possible to shorten the number to be reviewed, which I did, but I found that an awful lot of your rugs are shown two, and/or three or more times in the same category. Takes way too long to review. Delivery was great, well packed, and I am very happy with my two rugs purchased. Just hope your computer techs can get rid of all those duplicates. Thank you. I used the Google search engine to find the color, type and size of rug I was looking for and came across RugPal's website. I read the reviews from other customers' posts and decided to place an order and was extremely pleased with how quickly my rug came, the product itself and the fact that my baby grand piano looks perfect sitting on it! Extremely happy that I stumbled upon this site for rugs. The cost is extremely affordable, the shipping was quick and the product is perfect. I'm pleased with the quality. We already have had to wash the rug as well and it didn't fall a part. I did a room makeover for my daughter's fifth birthday and this rug purchase tied the whole room together. So happy with it!
