My shopping experience at RugPal was frustrating and then totally awesome. I had trouble ordering online so I called the company and was helped immediately by a very courteous, friendly and helpful associate. The online frustration was due to my error.

Was very easy to put in search criteria and had lots of items to choose from. A 30 day return window is a nice backup if the rug does not look good!

I ordered an indoor/outdoor runner to use indoors, not knowing that it would be so uncomfortable underfoot. The color and quality was good but I made a mistake in ordering this for indoor use. I paid $62.00 for the runner and return UPS shipping costs were $32.06! I decided to keep the rug rather than lose so much money. I had planned to order a total of 7 rugs online. I hope others will learn from my mistake. if you order it, be prepared to keep it, even if you don't like it. I notified RugPal of my dilemma and they were exceptionally considerate in helping resolve the problem.

I made my order online. The coupon code did not work. I called customer service, left a message and they promptly returned my call and issued a refund. Terrific service!

I received this beautiful carpet, a 22 foot runner, yesterday. It is lovely but for one difficulty. The inside end is badly crimped from being rolled up. No instructions on how to flatten it. It does not appear that it will ever flatten by itself.

The pattern of the print was larger then wanted. Hard too actually envision from the example when choosing pattern. Not rug pals fault. The quality of the carpet is very good . Free shipping is always great. Carpet arrived intact and in perfect condition.

the rug I bought started to unravel at the ends of the lengths of yarn after the first time it was vacuumed. I contacted them they said send photos I did. they said it was sprouts it would stop. it did not. it got worse. they said I could return it but they would not pay postage. I have never had a company take this stance, esp as the problem was verified with photos immediately. I will be going back to Amazon, where the customer is always believed and supported. Rug Pal is not your pal.

I was nervous purchasing a rug online. Would it be soft and plush or rough and cheap? Would it have been rolled up for three years and I'd have no hope of getting the bumps out? I purchased an 8x10 Mohawk "Big Bloom" and am delighted. Great price, quick shipping. The rug is just as pictured, soft and plush, and flattened out pretty quickly. I definitely would buy from RugPal again.

We purchased two rugs from Rugpal.com and couldn't be happier! The rugs were a great price and arrived on time. The rugs are both excellent quality. We love them! We are using Rugpal.com again to look for more area rugs. I highly recommend this company!!
