I researched multiple sites before I made my purchase and found the best price from RugPal. The item was delivered quickly and it was exactly the quality I was looking for. I contacted customer service with a question and I received a quick response with an even better answer than I had expected! I will definitely purchase from RugPal in the future.

Mar 01,2017Order placement was easy. All details of purchase and optional returns were included. I have not received the product as yet. I would have liked a detailed description of rug content. Also the colors of the same rug show differently on same page. I'm hoping that it's okay

Feb 27,2017Having just moved into our new home, we needed to quickly purchase area rugs. I was browsing Architectural Digest and fell in love with a large Loloi area rug which was featured. I needed that rug and fast in my home :) I searched the internet and found RugPal among many other retailers. RugPal stood out to me due to free shipping, fair pricing and free rug pad. But most important was the excellent customer service I received through the "chat" function as well as email. I am looking forward to my next purchase with RugPal!

Feb 16,2017Easy to use website, I was able to pull up the size, shape and color of rug I needed, then choose from the selections. There also material and manufacturer choices if necessary. I was kept informed of the progress of my order and they even provided shipping tracking and you can chose if you want a signature upon delivery or not.
