May 13,2017The site is awesome. There are so many rugs to choose from, from a variety of colors, designs, sizes, to materials. I was so excited to find the rug I was looking at in store with the same exact material for cheaper on here. The site was easy to navigate and can easily sort and tailor to what you are looking for. I've even called customer service with a couple questions which made me more confident with my order and the site itself.

May 03,2017I went to the Rug Pal website after I discovered that Decor Market told me my order was out of stock. I placed my order with Decor Market on 4/19. I followed up with the the following week and they told me it should ship soon. I then called again on Monday only to be told my rug was out of stock. I was very upset. I was fortunate to find the same rug on Rug Pal. I had to call to have the 10% discount to be applied but the gal who helped me was happy to do it. She was very helpful. I ended up buying two rugs.
