Sep 21,2024My completion did not go as planned, came across safestore on google, spoke to Rahat who was able to accommodate us, even stayed behind later than 6 o'clock for our removal company to unload and store everything in storage. The service received from Rahat was excellent and thank you for looking after us.

Sep 20,2024Incompetent doesn’t begin to describe it. I stored with this place for a while and it was a shambolic experience from start to finish: unreliable advice given when the booking was made so when the movers arrived they couldn’t do their job, unresponsive - emails were not answered, mismatch between invoice and what was actually owed, wrong charges for insurance, one of the only two lifts in the facility not working for the duration of my time there, despite being told it would be fixed next week, and the list goes on … I communicated with James the store manger and Sabrina and found them both to be unhelpful and unprofessional. Worst of all, on the day of the move out the mover noticed what seemed like rodent droppings. I reported it but never heard back. There are other good storages around, this place doesn’t deserve your business.

Sep 17,2024The team at this location are great, very helpful patient accommodating. The reception area is welcoming, organised and well stocked with last minute items which are easy to forget. Staff are very knowledgeable and helped to recommend a suitable sized storage for our needs without recommending an oversized storage. Prices are extremely reasonable given the standard of service and quality of facilities. Being able to onboard remotely saves a lot of time. There is also use of a forklift driver there who is happy to help with your requirements. Overall a great and non-stressful experience - one of the best storage experiences I've had. There are also a range of contracts to suit your needs from flexible to non-flexible.

Sep 17,2024I would highly recommend. Safestore Liverpool The facility is very clean and easily accessible. The staff are great. It was very easy to book a spot from Canada for my daughter who needed to store her items for the Summer break from university.

Sep 15,2024I went online to get a quote, planning ahead for the future. I was tired and stupidly didn't think to leave a fake phone number, I have been constantly harassed by phone and email and voicemail. When you block a number thye just get someone else to phone you. Beware, they'll never leave you alone. This was the Bury store in my case. Obviously when we do need storage Safestore won't be on our list of potential storage solutions. Been going on for weeks.

Sep 13,2024When the staff attentively listened to you and what your specific needs are and then work with you to find the best solution, now I call that excellent customer service. I have been extremely impressed by Kam and Mahmoud who go beyond what is expected from them. Every time I go to the safestore, they greet me with a smile, ask me how I'm doing and if there's anything they can do to help me, absolutely brilliant. When I receive an invoice and before I've actually looked at my mail, they give me a courtesy call to say hi, you have just received your invoice and if there's anything else we can help you with, please do not hesitate to give us a call. I have to be very honest safestore wasn't my first choice but I can assure you it was definitely my best choice, and I have clearly highlighted this to all my friends, my family members. who will also be looking at safestore, should they need them and that this will be their 1st choice. Sep 06,2024We have been using a storage unit with Safestore Bolton on Manchester Road for over three years. Our experience with them have always been positive and the service they provide is excellent. We have met various members of staff, and we find them welcoming, helpful, courteous and professional. They are happy to answer any questions and deal with any required changes promptly, and the necessary paperwork is clear. Most recently we needed to downsize to a smaller unit. This was mainly dealt with by Connor, and the whole process was completed smoothly, quickly and without fuss.

Sep 03,2024This is the second Safestore Self Storage I have used over the past four or so years and I can say with conviction, certainty and with confidence that I have always been treated exceptionally well by the staff in Woodgreen/Enfield and now I am pleased to say the same thing about the staff in Stevenage. A big thank you to Mo and Asfaar as well as the gentleman who booked me in on Sunday with Mo. I felt very well taken care of by the two gentlemen who were ever so polite when they were getting my contract ready. But, even more so, I must add that I am so grateful to Calum who was on duty on Sunday, the 1/09/2024, who did not hesitate, but immediately left what he was doing, went out of his way to assist me in searching for my keys and helped me to retrieve them when I lost them on the premises. Very thoughtful he was and kind; quick to find a solution and was ready to help. Wonderful staff, all of them. I feel confident my items are safe as I was well taken care of. I will definitely recommend Safestore Self storage any time and will not hesitate to use this Safestore again when I need to in the future. It was the experience with the wonderful staff at the Safestore in Woodgreen/Enfield that led me to use the one in Stevenage without any hesitation and I am satisfied with the exceptional service I am getting.
