Apr 09,2024Spoke to two representatives for Safestore this morning two Ladies called Jamaica Kelly and Fiona Chisholm at their two respective Facilities based in Glasgow and both were very Professional, Patient, Polite and Understanding and I had no hesitation in deciding that I would be using their Services after discussing the relevant requirements.

Apr 07,2024I received an inital quote from Safestore which was higher than I wanted to pay. I found an alternative self storage option within 3 miles of Safestore which was considerably cheaper. I submitted my quote to Safestore under their Lowest Price Guarantee. Not only did they match / beat the competitors quote, the Sales Consultant Danny Carlyon when out of his way to help me save even more money. Great company. Great staff

They gave all the information required with a pleasant attitude which put us at ease. We were escorted to find the right storage container which gave us the correct information for us to make the sale.
