Mar 25,2024Excellent customer service - served by the manager - friendly, polite, helpful, professional, very knowledgeable about Safestore Services, I was using as a DHL drop off point. Sending a box to Mexico, Customs forms are a nightmare! The manager couldn't have been more helpful, took all the stress out of the situation for me. He is a credit to Safestore and a good agent for DHL!

She helped me not only find the place when I got lost getting there as I had no sat nav but stayed on past her working hours to complete the setup and show me around etc. she was very kind and supportive, a true credit to the team and would gladly recommend this company based on her customer service skills. They have always been quick to respond to any questions right from the beginning, amazed to speak to a human not he phone and get a same day email replies. As an existing customer if you need to upsize downsize or change again very happy to help show numerous units, they have been very patient with me, shown me lots of different spaces to make sure I was happy and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
