Hired a storage unit too store my belongs and even though the website states i can access the unit up too 10pm I find myself not being able to access my unit after office hours. What is the point in a storage unit you can't access 24/7 or even the 10pm stated on the website will be closing the account ASAP and moving to a different company one that allows 24/7 access and will never use safe store again

REAL TIME THUGS AND UNPROFESSIONAL REAL TIME THUGS AND UNPROFESSIONAL I have been using their services since 2019 October that's when I was told that I will be getting 50% off on their services and will only need to pay £25 a month, which to me was okay because in the end my stuff was safe in there, upon completing the form I was told that I need to buy insurance for £12.50 each month to protect my valuables else if something happens to them they wont take any responsibility, anyways I agreed as I do have very expensive stuff sitting in there, unpacked luxury branded stuff like unworn YSL , Gucci , Hermes shoes etc, so I started paying for you and after 6 months I got an email saying they have changed their t&c'S and that discount have been taken off and I am now liable to pay £120 each month, I thought i'd be back soon so i didnt really mind paying that amount, so i kept paying all of it through the money i saved up in my savings account and almost paid them £3000 and I would explicitly mention here I had no job yet i managed to pay everything till today, and last evening I received an email from Mr Gurjeet ( who sounded as if he is gonna rip me apart and my stuff too if i won't make the payment by today) he also stated that there will be court proceedings against me and debt recovery will take care of the rest), little known to his knowledge I work for a UK law firm and I know about the laws more than himself, so I will now report him for using company official email address to threaten me and asking for money, I will elaborate a bit more over here that why was he ranting for the money last evening, he basically is a cheap salesperson, who could not even write his last name and failed to hit target, so he was trying his level best to scare me and get his money before he loses his job, and what i still fail to understand is that Informed them beginning of the month that this accrued payment of 3 months will be paid on the last day of the month which was yesterday, so he put those numbers in his target and I made the payment just now, the guy might not even be there, this is the 10th time they changed store Manager so you can understand how disposable there Managers are, but Martin Leech was a good lad and he did help me out on various occasions, but please do not use their services, they are worse, and they will only contact u once they want your money, else keep calling, keep trying their numbers even and they will never get back to you, and when its about money they will call you 10 times on your international number then it doesnt matter whether you are in Bahamas, Saudi Arabia or Pakistan, these guys will call you, coz they are minting money of people hard earned salaries, and the company owner I must say is worst of all, who is letting his team do whatever they want, Mr Gurjeet did not leave his personal email address or a number for me to call him back, he probably would be fired by now for not hitting his target and next month will be 11th Store Manager contacting me to fill his appetite of my money. PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS, I WILL REPORT THIS MATTER TO POLICE , WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THEM AND ALL RELVANT AUTHORITIES WILL BE MADE AWARE !!! now its time for them to put me back to what I was paying and apologise for their behaviour.

At 84 I thought I had seen the last of people offering good service, fter speaking with Liam at Safestore I'mglad to say Iwas wrong. A few simple questions from him and I have all of the information I required. Add to this very reasonable storage prices and clean nicely sized rooms, I won't use any other. My friends and relations have made a note of their number having visited their web page. Thank you Liam

The worst customer service ever, especially in the Battersea Ingate branch. Whenever you speak to them- make a note or written email confirmation and keep it as this branch will mess things up for you. I was renting out the unit with them for the whole year and I wouldn't recommend using their services.

Quick & easy set up, friendly staff, good availability and when I visited the facility, I was shown around, had my questions answered and explained where to park when I bring my storage items.
