He was helpful with showing me alternative rooms, followed up with phone calls as promised and very kindly went the extra mile with helping me move some stuff when I swapped rooms. Friendly and efficient service - thank you Josh, I will recommend.

Feb 05,2025I have booked some storage with Safestore, Staines, Surrey, I feel I had to write a review and give reasons for giving such a great review, this company is top class, from my first call, they gave great customer service, friendly, helpful, great pricing. The 2 men on reception Ashley and Guy explained everything so well, they helped me with form filling and gave me a great price. I cannot thank them enough and look forward to storing my furniture with them. Great company and I will recommend highly to friends, family and anyone looking for a safe place to store their goods. Feb 04,2025Jermaine was very helpful and east to understand especially as this is my first time using the safe storage company or any self storage. However, trying to load a self picture via the company wasn’t very easy, I tried more than 10 times but the messages kept refusing each one saying it couldn’t get a clear scan of my face so I had to even take my glasses off because of the glare it produced apparently, I must be honest it was very frustrating. Of course, this was not Jermaine’s fault in any way.
