Feb 23,2025Company never returns your calls puts you on hold for 25 minutes than hangs up which apparently is acceptable. After making 4 calls with numerous promises of a return to sort out account issue wasted probably an hour of my time which apparently is my choice to call being the client I will invoice for loss of time and calls which I was informed you can try …Sh@tstore would be more appropriate

Feb 23,2025Clean storage facilities. Access hours good. The staff there were always helpful. Plenty of parking available. Only had to wait once for a trolley and that’s because one group were selfishly hogging them all.

Feb 22,2025I needed storage for house contents as I am moving out of the area. I spoke with Rahul, who went through a brief inventory with me, and then advised what size room I would need. He was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. The room is perfect for our needs, and if you are looking for professionalism and a reassuring storage experience, then I would highly recommend Safestore in Hayes.

The sales process was extremely smooth and Guy was great at explaining the details by email and phone, and sorting out the invoices promptly. He then provided excellent service on site particularly with offloading a pallet using the forklift.

Feb 20,2025Efficient & professional staff with excellent communication from first enquiry to assisting with termination contract. Contract was explained fully, invoicing was timely and clearly itemised. The lockup unit and safe store site is immaculate and clean. Up to date an excellent experience, will be terminating unit shortly after a period of approximately 4 months.

Feb 19,2025person at the slough branceh took 45 minutes to log us in. and keep explaining houes rules which is ok only till we about to leave, he mention completlly differnt rules then what he said eariler. safeStore is a compnay who like to get you in first and then start ripping you off. be carefull. Staff is keep changing words, we agrred on 7 day period for the space. and oneday lator i start to recive future invoices which is kind of rip off. stay away from them.

Feb 19,2025Iv had a storage unit with Safestore Worsley for 4-5 years and I cannot thank them enough. Excellent service and staff were extremely helpful and always on hand if I need anything. Further, rwaching them by phone is nice and easy and always managed to get through and recieve the same helpful service. The storage unit is extremely secure, which give me peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe. Thank you to the team at safestore worsely for all your support and hard work over the years. I truly cannot recommend them enough. 5 stars from me 😊

The guys in the branch were great & so helpful with choosing the right size and length of time we needed it for. No pushy sales like the other places and silly amount of upfront deposits. Thanks again guys! You’ve been a great help during our move.
