Jul 11,2022Ordered 2 new batteries for my home neck-loop system - processed and delivered quickly. Great experience EXCEPT - I tried to get help about my systems and they couldn't even be bothered to reply to email. Hence the one star reduction. UPDATE - Following a chase up email, I have now had a reply to my request for help. Regrettably all they can do is ask for the units to be returned for possible repair. It looks as if at least one of my new batteries was a waste of money. Despite that I shall now add the extra star.
