I called and Explained what I was looking for, the advice I received was perfect so I went ahead with the order. They arrived very promptly and I once set up we were very happy. Mar 25,2022We are really pleased. For a long time I have had to resort to subtitles, but this works really well. I had been putting off trying one for some time, I suppose because I had doubts about how well it would work in our room, and how easy it would be to set up. The money back provision helped the decision. Straight out of the box, and working. Initially I just draped the loop wire around the room to try it out, and hey presto. Next job it to conceal it. (Enquiry about the best way of doing this answered instantly). The only negative I have encountered is that the tone control seems to have very little affect
