Emailed them but already in hand: very quick response, extremely courteous and efficient. I would not recommend making the error WE made but i would recommend Sarabec.

Apr 03,2022Good service, item posted straightaway and it was easy to set up and use once battery had been charged fully. I have severe hearing loss so this is a useful tv/hifi listener as the volume can be increased quite a bit. Still prefer the old Infra Light as it has a much gentler tone but unfortunately not the volume.
