Jan 04,2022The amplification unit itself and the mic work well for my 92 year old mother. However the earphones are poor quality and as they don't form a good seal around the head and ears there was a huge amount of howling feedback till I swapped them for a good set. At that stage the unit helped pretty well. For the price I would have expected better headphones.
