Dec 14,2021The crescendo I had was given to me by the social services many years ago this is a replacement for that , I saw no reason to look for another similar product I have been very pleased with the crescendo, we ordered it it arrived well packed is guaranteed for 2 years , I would be lost and miserable without it , very good product and service
