May 20,2024Thank you for the refund! It took a lot of emails but finally you understood that I had an extra vharge that I didn't agree on. Scam!!!!!! They charged me twice and won't refund me 66$ and 48$ I've sent numerous emails and they won't do nothing. BEWARE FRAUD!!!!

También les he pedido que me den de baja de su sistema y solo me dan una guía que no funciona, y tampoco me contestan cuando les escribo. Es una estafa.

May 20,2024Sito truffa per fregare i soldi alle persone. Pensi di attivare una prova di 24 ore di 1,50 e poi attivi (senza saperlo) un abbonamento di un mese a 57€. Compro e uso la carta di credito da tanti anni su vari siti web. Questa è la prima volta che mi sono trovato davanti ad una truffa legalizzata. Inoltre il servizio non serve a nulla e non funziona per ritrovare un telefono perso perché l’altra persona deve accettare la richiesta tramite sms.

May 16,2024Auch ich bin in meiner Not, und dem Griff nach dem Strohhalm einer scheinbar schnellen Lösung drauf reingefallen. Da wird man am Anfang mit betrügerischen Ladebalken gelockt, die einem etwas vorgaukeln (Zuordnung des Netzbetreibers, Funkzelle und Position), was es nicht gibt, dass alles geklappt hat, und man für kleines Geld die Ergebnisse bekommt. Dann klappt es (nach Bezahlung) NUR, wenn jemand die Nachricht auf dem Gerät öffnet??? Davon war vorher nicht die Rede... Das so etwas erlaubt ist, ist mir unbegreiflich. Natürlich bin ich auch erst nach dem missglückten Versuch bei Trustpilot auf diese Masche aufmerksam geworden. Es ist schon verwunderlich, warum es KEINEN seriösen Dienst gibt, das verlegte/gestohlene Telefon via GSM/Funkmastabfrage orten zu können. Die Verbraucherzentrale ist informiert. NACHTRAG zur Antwort von scanner.io vom 16.05.; 17:30: Sie werben mit "Scannero.IO will send a text message that will locate the phone number. " Dass jemand jedoch diese Nachricht öffnen muss, damit dann was auch immer passiert, steht dort NICHT. Damit ist es schwerlich geeignet bei verlorenen und gestohlenen Geräten. Erst wenn Geld geflossen ist, findet man diese Information. Damit sind ihre Informationen unvollständig und verleiten zu einer völlig falschen Annahme, denn nicht umsonst gibt es keine seriösen Dienste, die das können.

May 16,2024Taking legal action against this company. Like most people on the reviews here i bought this trying to find one of my phones and i thought i was paying $1.47 and got charged $47. Honestly such a scam don’t make the same mistake as me and these other people.

May 14,2024I have send 2 emails for now asking for a refund.. they charge you a small amount as a trial and without even asking to register and automatically charge you for one month subscription without even notifying, talking about the service it doesn't even work.. just scamming people to earn money.. I will sue your company if i didn't get a refund.
