May 04,2024This place is a SCAM. They don't give out where the phone is. They are only interested in taking money once they have the bank details. Small first payment then a large payment and difficult to cancel. They have a different name on the bank account to avoid tracing to cancel. I will not be using this scam site again. I request a refund.

May 02,2024UNE MERVEILLEUSE ARNAQUE bien rodée !!! On nous propose un essai de 24h qui ne fonctionne pas et on nous débite un mois à 59€. sans pouvoir résilier avant la fin des 24h puisque l'on a pas accès à notre compte. une ARNAQUE. Ensuite on nous dit qu'il faut essayé 3 / 4 fois pour avoir un retour de localisation si la personne ouvre le lien qu'elle reçoit. mais il peut y avoir des opérateurs ou c'est plus compliqué !!! Mais personne ne reçoit jamais de lien. j'ai fait l'expérience avec différents amis qui sont chez différents opérateurs. PERSONNE N'A RECU DE LIEN....ARNAQUEURS !!!!!! VOLEURS !!!!

Apr 29,2024Unseriös Betrug, von wegen Tages Testversion für 1,02 Euro. Ohne das man es Bestätigt, hat man ein Abo an der Backe und es werden weitere Beträge fällig. 57,31 Euro. Die Ortung von meinen Telefon hat auch nicht funktioniert da es ausgeschaltet war und der Finder ob ehrlich oder nicht wahrscheinlich die Spam SMS nicht beantworten wird. Also eigentlich nutzlos. Bin mal gespannt ob die vorgemerkten 57,31 Euro tatsächlich abgezogen werden. Finger weg!

Apr 29,2024Initially the sign up page was misleading. Secondly no explaination was given that as most phones are locked nowadays then a stolen phone will never be replied to with out being first unlocked. Thirdly I was not confident the messages went to the stolen work phone so i tried contacting my personal phone twice with no result. The company offered me a 10% refund for a 100% fail, they then offered me 25% refund which I accepted.

Apr 24,2024I agreed to pay $1.34 Aud for their service on 19th April 2024, the location service did not work. So I sent numerous email requesting cancellation and a refund. NO REPLY 5 DATS LATER. I looked at my credit card online and on the 20th Apr they had withdrawn $74.74 aud from my credit card. So yes I sent 3 emails anthem to refund or withdraw the amount request from my bank I called the bank cancelled that card but unfortunately they said the company has the right to reply and that the dispute nay take up to 8 weeks with no guarantee of a refund. SO STAY CLEAR THEY ARE SCAMMERS , THIEVES AND THEIR MOBILE PHONE LOCATOR DOES NOT WORK.... SO I WILL PERSUE THEM ON A FRAUDULENT WITHDRAWAL FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT AUTHORITY WITH THE NECESSary Police authorities

Apr 24,2024Identical set up to all the other sites offering the same 'find my phone' service which involves paying a small amount via card only to find another sizeable charge or charges down the line and no-ones phone is found, ever We should all report them by any possible means, Ombudsman in UK first on list for me as this is an outright scam

Sono truffatori esperti e hanno messo in campo in sistema che senza che te accorgi anche dolo a guardare il sito di questi ladri di galline , sei fregato.e prima che te ne accorgi si sono ritirati i soldi per un abbonamento così lo chiamano loro che Tu!!!! I maintain a one star review because this should not have happened and from other reviews I see it happens a lot so unless the issue is resolved on the website so no one else gets tricked into a payment they did not intend then to me that is a one star company Edit - They have contacted me ti say refund on its way. I will confirm here if I do receive it Absolute con merchants!! You think you’re paying 86p then your card gets hit for another £31 for online assistance services which I have no clue I’d opted for as that was not clear. Site is obviously designed to trick you and they refuse to refund it even though I asked within a few hours of subscribing. Avoid!!!!!!!!

Apr 22,2024Angeboten als Testversion probeweise nutzen wollen und direkt während des Bezahlens bemerkt, dass man mal eben Varianten dazukauft, die sich dann nicht per Häkchen entfernen lassen und schnell zusätzlich nochmal 39,23 Euro kosten sollen. Davon abgesehen, dass die Ortung des verlorenen Handys überhaupt nicht erfolgte. BETRUG!!! Wir haben nun sofort innerhalb von Minuten per Mail gekündigt und die Karte sperren lassen (nervig, aber sicherer). Also lassen Sie ein verlorenes Handy bitte nicht über scannero suchen. Wir hoffen jetzt, dass für diese Nicht-Leistung nicht mehr als der angebliche Tagespreis gekostet hat.

May 04,2024Angebliche 24 Stunden Testphase zur Handyortung,natürlich ohne Erfolg! Dahinter verbirgt sich eine versteckte Abobuchung, die von mir innerhalb der 24 Stunden mehrfach per Mail gekündigt wurde und die mir auch bestätigt wurde, dass keine weiteren Zahlung folgen würden. Trotzdem werden Monatsbeiträge angekündigt, mal sehen, ob diese tatsächlich abgebucht werden! Nochmals gekündigt! Werde meine Karte sperren lassen, wenn Zahlungen abgehen. Dann wird auch eine Meldung bei der Polizei erfolgen. MIESE ABZOCKE und man sitzt am kürzeren Hebel. Lasst die Finger von scannero!!!!
