Dec 19,2023Incredibile, ci sono cascata e ho pagato una semplice richiesta per pochi centesimi per ritrovare il mio telefono. La ricerca non ha funzionato, ma la truffa si. Nel giro di pochi minuti mi e arrivata una spam mail con la quale mi informano, di aver firmato un abbonamento a scannero a 48 Euro AL MESE!!!!! Ho disdetto subito, ma vediamo cosa succede. Non esitero a rivolgermi alla polizia postale. Intanto consiglio a tutti di stare ben lontano da scannero e di usare invece l' app completamente gratuita e seria find my device

Dec 16,2023I lost my mobile phone and scannero.io claimed that they could find it no problem. I live in Peterborough UK, they first said my phone was in Wales, then Scotland, then Yorkshire. So I cancelled the trial and unsubscribed. The same day within the 24 hours trial period, costing £0.79, Scannero.io charged my wife's account £42.22 GBP as I had used her card to pay the £0.79. This site is a scam, I have spoken to my wife's Bank and they are raising a dispute, I also am contacting Google to get the site closed down.

Dec 15,2023I signed up for a '24hr trial' and had an auto generated ticked box sign me on for another month charging me over 720% of the trial. Would not refund me my money after multiple emails asking to refund my money.

Dec 04,2023Scam!!!On the Website it states that you can use a trial Version,it does not State,that you take out a subscription which is taken out a day After the trial. Looking further into this,in an Email i have recieved it says the monthly fee is 48 Euros how come you booked off 58!!!! No replies to my Emails. I will Report to the Police and also to my credit card issuer.

Stattdessen kann man nur eine Nachricht an die gesuchte Nr senden. Witzlos wenn zB das Gerät unbeachtet in einem Zug liegt. Außerdem ist eine (sehr wahrscheinlich bewusste) Gaunerei bei dem Testtag Angebot im Spiel. Die wollen mir tatsächlich ein Monat dafür verrechnen, dass ich erst am nächsten Tag gekündigt habe! While placing the order, you should complete the Payment Information. Nov 28,2023I emailed Scannero for a refund for my subscription. At first, I was subscribing to the trials and I was not aware of the 50 dollar subscription afterwards. I contacted the customer service but no one is responding. The customer service state that they will respond as soon and possible and within 24 hours but there was no response at all. My ticket number is 5219991. Please respond to my ticket soon.

Nov 16,2023The have stolen 60€ after i had used this to geolocalise a mobile lost !!! they nerver give the position despite 1.03€ debited. 2 days after they debited 60 € without any order ni request from my part ! pretending that I checked this service. It's been over a month since they wanted to reimburse me half and I said no, I don't owe them anything. They harass me with emails because they obviously don't like the unfavorable reviews on trustpilot. Run and inform the police or make worth with a national campaign on social networks for those dirty thieves !RUN BUT ACT JUST LIKE ME

Nov 15,2023Avoid avoid avoid it's a scaming service they only want your 1$ and nothing else will be provided I have reported them to the domain hosting and to the payment gateway. Now their site is taken down . Please avoid them they will simply take your credit card also they are operating under multiple domain names .

Nov 07,2023Told to pay $1 they have taken 4 payments since July of $74 plus card fee and I haven't even used it and I don't know how to cancel it. I even changed my bank card but they still took money. Not happy

Nov 06,2023Mi avete truffata di 58 .67 euro siete dei truffatori ....mio figlio perde il telefono che x noi è già un danno e mi chiedete un euro e 50 x vedere la posizione e poi mi rubate i soldi sulla carta ....vergognatevi ci sono persone che fanno fatica arrivare s fine mese...spero vi vadano tutti in medicine

Oct 30,2023Be very careful. They say you only have to pay 1$ to use the website, but there is no any signs that if you don’t cancel subscription (and its automatically activated) they will charge 50$. Classic SCAM.
