Ich habe die Testversion ausprobiert und unglücklicherweise versehentlich der automatischen Aktualisierung meines Abonnements zugestimmt, was nicht meinen Absichten entsprach. Nachdem ich die Bewertungen auf Trustpilot gelesen habe, scheint es, dass viele andere Nutzer in eine ähnliche Abo-Falle getappt sind. Die Tatsache, dass die automatische Aktualisierung so unauffällig ist und mit irreführenden Formulierungen einhergeht, deutet auf arglistige Täuschung hin. Dies ist inakzeptabel und zeigt ein fragwürdiges Geschäftsverhalten. Ich fordere dringend alle auf, äußerste Vorsicht walten zu lassen und sicherzustellen, dass sie die Vertragsbedingungen genau überprüfen, um unerwünschte Überraschungen zu vermeiden. Ich habe eine Rückerstattung angefordert und hoffe auf eine schnelle Lösung dieses Problems. **Betrügerische Praktiken sollten nicht toleriert werden.**

Oct 14,2023I have lost my phone at the restaurant yesterday and Scannero was able to do its job to effectively track my phone where it was lost! This was a great customer experience and is very useful to track phone numbers and lost devices.

Oct 06,2023Achtung Abzocke! Ich wollte nur einmalig testen, dann werden Kreditkartendaten abgefragt (Kosten 1,02 Euro) und dann ist die Ortung nicht möglich. Es kann nur eine SMS verschickt werden, in der der Empfänger gebeten wird, seinen Standort freizugeben. Das macht natürlich niemand. Im Hintergrund wurde aber ein Abo aktiviert und einen Tag nach der Abbuchung der 1,02 Euro wird dann über 60 Euro von Eurer Kreditkarte eingezogen! Eine klassische Abo-Falle. Langen E-Maile Verlauf, man wird ein Angebot gemacht Zitat: Sie bekommen 15% wieder zurück, dann 15% und jetzt 40%!!!! Also wird mit mein abgebuchtes Betrag noch verhandelt als Scannero gehören würde. Finger weg!!! Unseriös

The information that was given from their other company called MSPY was misleading and it cost me €240 for a very bad product that doesn't do what it was supposed to do, I have been given the runaround by both companies in a regard to a refund which I probably will never see. Stay away from MSPY and SCANNERO it's a big SCAM!!!

Reine Abzocke, Finger weg! Die positiven Bewertungen hier sind garantiert gefaked. Nachtrag 25.09.2023: Scannero.io „antwortet“ auf negative Bewertung. Warum? Durch die Antwort sendet Trustpilot mir die Aufforderung, meine Kontaktdaten über ein Formular einzugeben. Die Daten erhält dann Scanneri.io von Trustpilot (kein Datenschutz). Sie wissen dadurch, wer sie negativ bewertet hat. Wenn man nicht antwortet, wird die Bewertung gelöscht, teilt Trustpilot mit. Geht’s noch? So kann man negative Bewertungen natürlich auch loswerden. Ich denke, ich kündige auch Trustpilot.
