Jul 28,2024Do not order from this company! I ordered 2 sweatshirts for my grandson on 8th July 2024 and the money was taken from my PayPal account. Order #46416. I emailed them on the 18th to tell them that my order has not been received and that the EVRI tacking number they gave me was invalid. Email bounced back, tried phoning but no answer. Managed to contact them via WhatsApp, they told me that they could not locate the parcel then told me the tracking number they gave me is an Amazon shipping number, I have tried tracking but it just says "label has been created". I have asked for a refund but am getting no response. Save your money and go to one of the supermarkets for your children's uniforms

May 22,2024I have ordered school blouses for my daughter and the payment was taken immediately via PayPal.. glad I didn’t put my card details on their portal 😅. Order number is (#45304) and this was placed and paid on the 12th of May and as of the 22nd of May no item was sent. Followed up with WhatsApp and still waiting to hear. Also the tracking number provided in the email for Royal Mail is not recognised in the Royal Mail app. How many negative reviews are needed for the ombudsman to investigate these type of businesses 😔😔. Paid 55GBP and it’s not all families with children who can just walk away thinking they have been scammed.
