May 05,2024After my local school shop shut down, I was in the need of some new school trousers for my son. I stumbled upon this website who sold the brand he already has. Was a little dubious at first as not heard of this site before. Ordered on the Sunday and received my order the following Saturday. The only problem I did have was I paid for express delivery with Evri. I did not receive the item no communication from Evri. I contacted School United via WhatsApp. Got a response the following day to say they’ll send me out a new As not sure what’s happened to the last one. Received new order on Saturday via Amazon shopping.

My items arrived 2 days after I ordered them and I didn't order until after 5 pm so I am very impressed with the speed of delivery. The product I ordered is of very good quality . I will certainly use School Wear United again.

Apr 17,2024Such a painful experience. No order received after 2 weeks. 'Tracking' info supplied is nonsense and not recognised by the supposed courier. Received a bounce back error when emailing customer services (tried a few variations of the email in case there was an error in the format supplied online). Submitted an online form query but no response. In desperation attempted to call (despite online notice which says phone staff have no access to order info - honestly!) - no answer. Completely at a loss, I suppose I'll try to claim the order amount back from CC. What a pain. Avoid!

Apr 10,2024🚨🚨don't buy from this site it's fraud, I ordered clothes for £163 and I haven't received the order even after a week, what can I say you can't contract anyone when you call the phone number it says Merry Christmas 2023 and no one answer the phone, e-mail or WhatsApp, if you don't want to end up like me, don't order , 🚨🚨

Apr 04,2024Highly recommend for the slightly larger boys. I’ve always had trouble getting my son school trousers and shorts that fit, until my friend told me about this website . I ordered the sturdy fit trousers a while back that fitted perfect and now coming into warmer weather shorts are needed . Again I tried the shops in their plus sizes and they just didn’t fit so came back to this website and ordered the sturdy shorts . Again perfect fit for my son around his waist and bottom. Definitely worth the extra pennies knowing his in good quality comfy school wear .

Mar 08,2024Ordered x3 mouth guards. Allowed slightly longer than the 4-6 working days to arrive. They haven’t. Contacted the company to advise & requested replacements were sent out ASAP, as my daughter had now missed the games lesson they were bought for (&spares). Had one reply back asking if they could send different colours. Checked the website, and you could still order the originally ordered colours... I’ve had no reply back since that email. I also contacted via WhatsApp, and have had no response. I have however just received a Paypal notification that I’ve been refunded… No further email from the company however. Thankfully used Paypal as I would have raised a claim through them if the no-reply had lasted any longer. Non existent customer service & therefore I won’t recommend, nor use this company again.

Feb 27,2024Bought this junior mouthguard for my grandson who is age 9. Clear instructions on moulding to his mouth, and fits perfectly. Communication was excellent informing me of my order etc and delivery was very good. Would definitely buy from here again.
Not happy
Feb 21,2024I ordered an item from then on 6th of December and money was payed. Nothing arrived so I emailed on 12th January and got a reply that they were on back order and should be leaving them for me the following week. Nothing arrived. The sent them 3 emails one on the 1st of February and one on the 7th of February and one on the 14th of February and no reply from either. Customer service and service is not good here. Took my money and stopped communicating now.

May 14,2024Terrible service. Item never arrived. Evri code didn’t work. No reply to email or WhatsApp. Scam. No refund. As I said here, I WhatsApp you more than 3 weeks ago and never got an answer. It’s all sorted now.
