Dec 04,20231 star due to not being approved, even though credit score is above 750 and no collection issues. Application was easy peazy, but being denied at the time of need when our 4 legged family memeber is in need is disgusting

Dec 02,2023I had auto pay setup, my payment wasn't taken out, I was dinged on my credit and when I called to ask to make the correction I was told I could do nothing until I paid in full and then I could call back and beg for a mailing address that I could send a letter with my concerns

Nov 30,2023It was great. My dog medical bill was high and if it wasn’t for scratch, i wouldn’t have been able to get the care she needed. I was able to qualify for enough ti pay her expense. They gave me 6 months to pay it off without interest.

Can't say enough good things about this company. Have never had any problem's or issues and customer service has always been top notch.

Nov 25,2023Horrible. Such a predatory loan… I had to refinance the payments through my bank just to be able to survive month to month. Little to no options for different terms and an insanely high interest rate. This was presented as my only option at the Allied Emergency Veterinary Service on Nicollet Ave in Minneapolis. This company is only here to try and scam you into getting your money under the guise of caring for your pets. If you can for your sake please avoid this loan service and try to figure something else out through friends, family, or other loan services. This company is NOT on your side. Be warned.

You rejected the $250 payment i told you to make and paid the loan off in full which I tried to stop but I could not. 3. I will never ever use Plaid service again. I will go back to a credit card. Nov 18,2023The program is ok but the platform, customer service and general repayment process is a nightmare. Unless you are living in a perfect world and because their system is a bit behind the times, it makes things very hard to pay off. Which is part of their scam. They ONLY want you to make the monthly payments according to THIER schedule, on their payment platform and for their amounts. So if you intend to make payments through your bank and not on their website they think you're making extra payments and the monthly amount due still remains and claims you are late or missed it. I was forced to start making payments through my bank instead of their website because they kept telling me my payments failed because of insufficient funds (not true). I even took a screen shot of my bank and debt card account both of which had sufficient funds to cover more than one payment but it kept failing. Made no sense. Made a payment through my bank with the same accounts and low and behold they "got the payment" but said I was late because I didn't pay through their website. NOT OK.
