Feb 02,2022SEIB have always been great, but they have recently moved my horsebox breakdown cover to RAC. This means that I won't be renewing my policy with SEIB. Trying to get through to the RAC is painful enough, then when you do the service is dreadful and the waiting times unacceptable......

He was friendly, patient and efficient. I appreciated being able to talk to a human being! Online-only communication was the main reason I left my former provider.

I was sorry that you did not find me a company which would offer me cover. Just for your information Adrian Flux sorted everything out immediately and cheaper
