Feb 02,2022I don’t have anything insured with you, you doubled both my lorry and horse premiums. Neither policy was claimed upon. Your competitors were half the price for the same cover, better in the case of the lorry recovery policy as it doesn’t involve the RAC! Horse was with you for 12 years, lorry for 6. Ridiculous.
