May 07,2022I have been using this company the past few years to order parts for Smeg appliances. They are always helpful and courteous and as long as they have the parts, I get them promptly. My appliances are a few years now, and back orders come from Italy but these are also received in good time. I will continue to use this company and highly recommend them.

Apr 01,2022Generally a smooth ordering process but disappointing that the part took over two weeks to deliver as it had to come from Italy. I would have thought that a fairly simple part (rubber seal for an oven door) could be stocked in the UK. Also a bit overpriced for a rubber ring which had failed after only three years. Delivery, once it arrived in the UK, was speedy.

May 17,2022A very good service. Quick reply with information when I wanted to check the part for a Smeg cooker. Was told that the item wasn't in stock so would be ordered in and could take up to 10 days. On purchase the item actually arrived in 3 days so overall very pleased.
