Alexandra had a rude attitude to send me a picture of the wrong house, I do not expect this level of customer service and I will look for alternative suppliers going forward.

Mar 23,2022On a chat with them, I provided the serial number of the faulty dishwasher and asked for the part by name. A reply with the link to the correct part was provided quite quickly. Part ordered and dispatched. Arrived two days later and was a perfect match for the job.
