Nov 16,2022What an excellent company to deal with. I had to email Servevast 1st with my cooker serial number, to check if I needed any extra adaptions for my spare part. They replied within less than an hour. I then ordered the part on friday morning, & received it today, Tuesday at midday. Really brilliant customer service, & good prices too.

Sep 02,2022I needed two seals for a SMEG cooker. In their wisdom, SMEG put the model number where I couldn't get at it. Nor do they give any measurements for their spares, which is crazy. But with the help of a couple of photos I sent them, customer support at SmegSpares identified the cooker model. DPD kept me informed about delivery times within a 1-hour slot, the seals arrived bang on time today and they fit !

Aug 21,2022The system suggests checking model and serial numbers against the part number with ServevastDirect. I did this and got a reply quickly that confirmed the part. Placed order and the hinges were delivered soon after. Hinges fitted and working fine. Good service especially for novices like me.
