Feb 23,2022Went on the smeg website to find out which light bulb was required - not as easy to identify as it should be - ordered item and seeing as the charges were mainly for delivery- I ordered a few extra as we all know when one bulb goes - the rest will follow - items arrived - do not fit ! So now I have to order again from somewhere else and left with bulbs that can never be used. Nothing with SMEG is easy.

Feb 16,2022The replacement parts for our dishwasher were identified very quickly and dispatched promptly. Given that this is the 2nd time these parts have had to be replaced I am wondering if there is a design flaw. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Mar 04,2022Great speedy advice even when I double checked….fan thermostat arrived within two days. Local appliance person fitted it the day it arrived…. Half hr with checking 40£ Total cost 89£. Working fine.( and my wife thinking we may need a new one). Great courteous advice. Hope don’t need them again !…but if so straight back to them. Recommend them with no reservations whatsoever.
