From answering queries to confirm parts that I required, with response via Email within a couple of working hours, to the great help to return a part that I did not need, but was completely my fault, as I ordered thinking I needed it. Highly recommended to help you determine the parts you need for your SMEG appliance, getting them ordered, and for any returns. Plus, the big bonus, their prices are competitive and the 3 pars I ordered were all significantly cheaper than elsewhere.

May 21,2022Good experience. Small spare part was exactly as described and arrived quickly. Communication was clear. Would be 5 stars had delivery to the Highlands not been so expensive! Actually had the part delivered to my parents house instead, as this was much cheaper. Perhaps a different courier could be used, to help avoid high delivery charges.
