Its taken me forever to find the correct seal for my Smeg oven and numerous wrong items ordered from eBay etc, however I contacted this company in a hope they would have the correct fitment which they did. They were very efficient and helpful and the item was shipped immediately. Thank you, I can finally use the oven without losing heat whilst cooking.

The shelf I needed was in stock and duly ordered. It arrived promptly and fits perfectly. Overall it was a good experience using this company/ website.

Dec 07,2021I needed a new door seal for my oven and found ServasDirect via the Smeg website. I rang them on Saturday morning 4th Dec. Spoke to a very helpful lady who explained how to fix the new seal. I paid for the seal and even though it was Saturday, the seal arrived this morning Tues 7th Dec and is now on the door. Excellent customer service!

Part orders were despatched so I got things as quickly as possible and the follow up delivery arrived as expected. If I had a query it was swiftly answered.
