Apr 20,2023Our SMEG fridge was purchased in 2002 and it is so welcome to find a UK company that can supply genuine SMEG replacement parts. The whole process was very easy and straightforward. The parts were in stock and despatched quickly being received next day by DPD courier.

I received frequent updates on my order and its delivery status. Package arrived safely and well wrapped (it was a glass door!)

My 12 year old Smeg microwave needed a new display part and I got a same day reply from super star Al at ServevastDirect who provided me with all the information and answers as well as details for ignition components for my equally old Smeg hob. Very friendly, helpful and IMPRESSIVE - even more so that they are in the UK, my appliances are in Hong Kong and I am currently in Malaysia. The required parts are now on their way by courier to Hong Kong where I will meet them in a few days time. All this after the local distributor in HK charged me 100 pounds to come and tell me in les than a minute - "sorry, buy new appliances, no spare parts available anywhere." Smeg appliances last and last but it is really nice to know that after 12 or 13 years of constant use, there is ServevastDirect to come to the rescue with replacement parts where needed...wherever you may be on the planet. THANK YOU - AWESOME!

Apr 01,2023I specifically asked for a replacement switch for the main oven. Your assistant took the serial number and told me the part to buy. The switch delivered is for the secondary small oven which is working fine. My main oven is still working intermittently when it feels like it. So we still have a broken oven. Regards Mark O'Neill

Mar 27,2023Although it had to come from Italy my new large oven seal arrived eventually, it was well packed and I fitted it in minutes. The website advised which one I would need so there is no returning of wrong items, in all a very pleasant experience.

Mar 09,2023Swift and good value. Ordered a replacement small orbital spray arm for our smeg dishwasher.. As the old one had cracked and kept falling off. Don't know why I put off ordering a new one for so long!

The part (a Smeg freezer compartment door) arrived within a week. Well packaged, all in one piece! Would definitely use the company again.

Wiring diagrams were requested to ensure the part was the correct one for my cooker which were sent to me within 4 Hours of my request by Dan Moorcroft which was very much appreciated, thank you Dan!!!
