Feb 01,2023We recently to moved into a property which had a Smeg range in situ. The oven required a new rubber door seal however we had no instruction manual and could not find a model number(this had worn off.) I emailed Smeg customer services enclosing a photograph of the appliance to ask for assistance. They were absolutely fantastic, replied within 15 mins Informing me of the model number and enclosing a link to the part needed. Fantastic service!!
