He explained where I could find my model number and then double checked everything before I placed the order. The part arrived within the timeframe specified, pretty good since it was coming from Italy and is absolutely right. Very impressed, would definitely use again.

Jul 20,2023I needed a replacement lower arm for my dishwasher. Ordered it in the morning and it arrived (well packaged) the following day. At that point I realised I required an additional part and that also was dispatched the same day. Impressed - very impressed. Replacement parts are now installed and working well.

Ordering was easy enough and delivery was rapid - just a few days, and it was packaged extremely well. It was exactly the item I required, identical to the tired old unit being replaced. Pleasure to deal with this company, very happy.
