I've used Servevast for many years. Always efficient and keep you advise of order status. Website is extremely helpful and easy to use. They've always provided original genuine SMEG parts. Also very helpful if you need to phone them. Thoroughly recommend them.
We purchased a SMEG cooker recently from our local stockist. SMEG seemed to think that you didn't need more than one shelf in the oven. So I began looking online at where we could purchase an additional shelf and immediately I saw this place. The price was very good and we decided to get the twin pack of the shelves. Their website showed that they are stockist of genuine SMEG parts, accessories, and I can confirm that they are indeed this, as they had the SMEG labels/sticker on the packaging when we received the order. When we ordered it, it was not in stock, but we were kept fully informed that it was on back order from Italy (were SMEG are based) and a time estimate of when we could expect it to be delivered. We got another email to inform us that it had been dispatched out to us and the tracking details for the carrier. Absolutely fantastic communications, and it's a shame that other places online are not as good in this respect! I would not hesitate in returning again when we were in the market for other spares, accessories in the future.

My coffee machine decided that it no longer wanted to steam milk so I contacted Smeg customer support via email. The response from Matt was quick, friendly and professional. I dropped my machine at the repair centre in Cannock as I was driving past on my way to work. As I arrived I met two incredibly friendly and of course professional technicians, Paul and Clint. They explained to me what was likely the issue and that they would get the machine up and running as quickly as they could. No more than a few hours later I received an email to let me know my coffee machine was fixed and ready for collection. Paul and Clint had noticed that the selector buttons on my machine had faded. (To me this is simply wear and tear) Paul and Clint also changed these buttons to good as new which I did not expect although I am very pleased. Smeg appliances may be a little expensive but for customer service like this it’s worth every penny👍

So great to have a UK company providing such comprehensive support for Smeg, and at very competitive prices. I had been facing a cost of nearly £60 for an oven seal from Amazon - which possibly would not have been a genuine Smeg item - then found ServeVast who supplied it £20 cheaper, arriving within two days. Simply brilliant service - keep it up!
Smeg is an expensive brand, but had treated their customers badly. I am in Ireland, and I was forced to buy a replacement part from just one provider that is based in the UK. The blender jug was costing me €50, and that's okay with me. But I had to pay €17 for shipping fee, and €20 for custom charge. I will never buy Smeg products again, because of poor access to replacement parts, and forcing myself to fork out a lot more monies on shipping and custom charges. They had no respect for their customers, they see us as cash cows.

Good advice to ensure I ordered the correct replacement pan supports for my gas hob. Delivery was quick even though the items had to be back ordered from Italy. New supports fit perfectly and look good. Great price and service, thank you
