Seven Seas Worldwide was my company to go to moving from South-Africa to Europe because they offer private cubicles to pack my stuff in. The organisation online was easy going. The company offered boxes and utensils to do my own packing which was very convenient for me as I was only moving part of our household. The day the boxes and some furniture were packed in my private cubicle the guys were extremely helpful at loading everything into the big box which was loaded on a small truck. Fantastic support to two retired people. My only disappointment was that - by mistake - I created two accounts of which one was faulty. Unfortunately I kept checking the faulty account so I missed the deadline to pay the outstanding amount of money. This resulted in a delay of the actual shipping. My cubicle is stored in South Africa in a warehouse since the beginning of December '24, for which I need to pay. I wish Seven Seas had been more helpful in deleting the faulty account (which I myself pointed out to them) so this regrettable mistake and delay could have been avoided. Now I am waiting for my goods to arrive in Europe, not knowing when.
Overall, the service did what it was supposed to. I was happy with the process, the drivers on both ends were competent and friendly. However, the live tracking feature was pretty shoddy, my delivery got delayed several times. I found myself getting excited that the live tracker said it was arriving on one day they specified, but it ended up being more like 2 weeks after that. Which would have been bad if I were needing anything from that shipment urgently. Fortunately, I didn't. I think patience and knowing that the shipment will take time is needed on the side of the customer. Also, not blaming the drivers but upon arrival, my boxes were wet and soggy from the heavy rain that day.

Painfully slow. It's built into their terms and conditions that they're not liable for any delays, which basically means they can be inefficient and slow as they want to and you just have to wait. Our MoveCube has spent weeks waiting in their depots, and they'll blame customs or other businesses, when it's really on them. It's been almost 5 months, and we're still waiting.
The staffs in the Seven Sea Worldwide customer service hotline were very helpful and supportive. They could provide clear instructions on summiting documents. Also, the logistics worker was also nice and polite when we tried to request for a more specific time for picking up the luggage. Moreover, Seven Sea provided enough materials for packing luggage (bubble wrap, packing tape and black marker pen). Lastly, the luggage could be tracked online for the whole process. We found the service was very convenient and secure. We will choose this company again for removal in the future.
Overall, I had a great experience using SevenSeas for my international move from US to SG. Customer service was helpful and responded pretty quickly via email (had questions about how to fill out the customs forms, and also managed to change my destination address without issues). Live tracking was pretty good, especially during the final leg from HK to SG. I received my 4 boxes in good condition, slightly less than 3 months after the pickup date. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cost-effective way to move internationally!

Smooth Transaction. Seven Seas provided updates to track the location of my packages. They also reached out to us for changes that need to be done before it arrived in the country of destination. They provided clear instructions regarding the delivery of boxes to our home.
I would highly recommend seven seas worldwide for overseas shipping. They are highly flexible - I shipped just 4 boxes of items, but they also do up to whole house loads etc. I love how straightforward they make the whole process, delivering you everything you need (boxes, bubble wrap, tape and even a marker pen), it's easy to arrange a convenient time for pick up/delivery, they make all the paperwork as simple as possible and there's great communication about the status of your shipment. Really reasonable pricing too.
Whenever i had enquiries, the repond is fast and efficiency. Moreover, the worldwide phone hot line with option of different languages is very helpful.

I had booked the service of Seven Seas Worldwide (SSW) from China and I immediately regretted the decision. The manager was quite polite and friendly before I finalized the deal with them. After the contract was completed, there was a substantial change of her attitude. Suggested by some friends, I still proceeded with taking their service as SSW claimed that they were one of the very few having completely transparent fee structures and we would not need to worry about any extra charges once we took their services. Upon the preparations of the packaging, the manager continuously confirmed and promised us that the cube could contain specific number of boxes of specific sizes. However, when the porters arrived on the packing day, they were very shocked about the number of the boxes that was assured by the manager. I asked the manager why there was such a clear difference. She said that why did not you use the measurement we provided? What I gave to you was a reference. She manipulated us into finalizing the contract by giving us serious misleading information. Because of her unprofessional misleading information, I had to pay extra to ship then extra boxes which I prepared for the cube. The porters were on the other hand, requesting, smoking in our apartments, having seen the existence of me as a mother and two children one of whom was only one and half years old. I said no smoking is permitted as we have children in our own apartment. I bought them more than enough lunch and went to look after my children when the porters were having the food. When I came back downstairs to clean the food containers, I smelt strong cigarette smell at our balcony and saw cigarette butts on the balcony ground. It was hugely disappointing. I gave three of the porters altogether 600 RMB tipping hoping they could look after our belongings. They said they would share pictures of the packaging in the first hand but I had to wait a very long time until the manager was so reluctant to share one picture of our stuff. The manager asked me if they could arrange an extra person to make pictures and videos for marketing activities during the loading of our belongings. I said yes of course. I could also take those videos and pictures for you. So she said ok in that case we would use your pictures and videos. I sent her hundreds of pictures and videos hoping that they could provide an equally good service. But what did I know?! When the shipment arrived in England, for a cube full of stuff, they allocated only one driver to unload everything! The driver asked me to carry the boxes with him. I would if my bones allowed me and if SSW informed me of this service! We shipped many books and I asked the manager before the packaging which sizes of boxes would be suitable. What the manager told me was it does not matter. But obviously it mattered. especially SSW only sent one person for a cube full of boxes and asked a woman and a child to carry with him. it was a really unpleasant experience. The fees we paid did not match the quality of service they claimed, to a great extent. I have to take proceedings in the near future to claim the extra fees back which we were misled by the SSW manager. I would not recommend their service. I should have used the service of Tigers. They don't bother toreflect on their poor service Firstly, no one told me before finalizing the contract that there would be only ONE driver unpacking a whole move cube in the UK! Nor did anyone tell me that customers needed to unpack with the driver. The fact that they arranged three people to load stuff from the starting country gave us a serious misleading concept that they provided highquality service to rid any worries for customers move between countries. The fact that they arranged radicallly different numbers of employees in two countries leads any normal person to think the commercial control of profits surpasses the needs of customers. The fact that the starting country's employees knew clearly that the customers are a woman with two young children but the company allocated only one driver to unpack everything shows how much this company 'cares' about customers service. Who would expect such a contrasting numbers of personnel and change of services before/after the shipments are made/arrived?
Easy flexable packing process with the delivery of estimated boxes, then the return of unused. Boxes this was perfect
