Booking forms and process was confusing as it was a completely new experience for me. The process was designed with the assumptions that I already knew certain things about the process, and so those things were not explained. Timescale was MUCH longer than I expected; 10 weeks since I completed the booking process and even longer since my shipment was collected and I still don’t have any information about when I can expect to be able to collect it. Drop off of the shipping container (small) and collection was timely and efficient, and when I did call customer service they were helpful and knowledgeable.
My goods haven't actually arrived yet so I am reserving final comment until they are safely delivered. However the process and service up to now has been excellent. Ordering boxes and booking the collection was seamless and the delivery driver was lovely and very helpful. So far, it has been a very painless experience!
Brilliant. Customer service was excellent. From collection of the packed boxes at my house to delivery in SA it took 16 days. The cost was reasonable as I used airfreight and it was over the festive season. I can highly recommend them.
My daughter recently moved back home after studying interstate for a few years. She had accumulated too much stuff to fit into our car, and hiring a van would have cost in excess of AUD $2,000. Enter Seven Seas Mini Moves who transported 8 boxes, a bike and a suitcase for us for $700. The process was very straightforward, and everything went smoothly. There was a two-week wait for the items to be delivered, but since none of them were needed urgently, that worked fine for us. Would definitely use Seven Seas again.

When you are like me you can always predict things, in this case i predicted that when i saw this company on the internet there would be a problem and sure as eggs is eggs and god made little apples there. All companies should forget wasting potential customers times by not acting the goat with calculations, it should be ''call this number''. l wasted much time to be told there is an error and to call a number that i cannot call from. outside the UK. Bye Bye I cannot call toll free numbers and neither can anyone else from outside the country, that's third part of your problem
This was my first time using Seven Seas Worldwide's ocean shipping service to send my two boxes to China, and it was a truly wonderful and pleasant experience. From understanding the basic process on their website to getting a quote, placing the order, receiving the empty boxes, packing them, and having the driver pick them up, every step was clear and straightforward. Any questions I had were promptly addressed via email or phone by their customer service team, who were professional and patient in answering every inquiry. Their boxes were sturdy and durable, and they even provided packing tapes and a marker for labeling. The driver who came to collect the boxes was punctual, friendly, and well-prepared with all the necessary documents. Although my shipment is not expected to arrive in Hong Kong until mid-January, my experience so far has given me confidence that the rest of the process will go just as smoothly. Great service from the start. Unfortunately, it would have been nice to receive a follow-up message to make sure all the items arrived by the SA.
I had a great experience with customer service. The driver who picked up my boxes was friendly and helpful. When I had some doubts about the item list I provided and was considering canceling the shipment, he immediately contacted his manager to clarify my concerns. The manager explained clearly, which gave me the confidence to proceed with shipping my boxes.
I had moved a bunch of personal belongings from Sydney, Australia to London, UK and the Seven Seas staff, Simon was extremely friendly and helpful when we were unloading all our boxes and bags from the truck to our flat. Would highly recommend - thank you Simon!
I needed some boxes sent from HK to Msia and I really liked SevenSeas's online quotation system compared to other shipping companies which required me to send emails back and forth to agents. SevenSeas turned out to be the most cost effective option and there were no discrepancies in the final invoice compared to the initial quote, their system calculates based on the exact size of the boxes so it was pretty accurate. There was an add-on of custom fees in the invoice but I found it reasonable. SevenSeas CS also replies to email inquiries quite quickly which was super helpful. Shipping took 5 weeks, but I was disappointed in the process of making a schedule for delivery when the shipment arrived in the destination country, I confirmed the delivery dates via e-mail, but it turned out the agent didn't actually book in my delivery request until I found out via a phone call. They did manage to deliver on the exact day once I sent a follow-up email so I commend them on that. Delivery is handled by their partner companies, so this doesn't reflect on SevenSeas' service. However, the delivery driver did attempt to take the easy route and requested that I pick up the boxes myself from my complex's lobby, which I blatantly refused because I was assured by SevenSeas that pick-up and delivery of the shipment would be door-to-door. The boxes arrived in very good condition save for some minor smushing on one box, and nothing was missing. All-in-all, I'm happy with SevenSeas' service and their fees, and would consider using their service again!
Fantastic service from start to finish. If I'd have known how diligently items would be shipped, I would have packed more! The communication was top tier throughout and I really appreciated the shipping tracker and regular updates from HQ. The delivery people themselves were also fantastic - knowledgable, helpful and reassuring. If I were to ship internationally again, Seven Seas Worldwide would be the only company I would use.
