Charge clearly for listing out all the costs required of all shipping stages. Thoughtful packagings (even tape, marker pen, bubble sheets and cardboard boxes) are provided to the door. Excellent service! A true professional door2door shipping/ relocation company.
The boxes they provided for packing are extremely firm and sturdy. I called their customer support numerous time from getting a quote to ordering and various of questions, the representatives have always been helpful and friendly.
The service from the Team in Moorooka Queensland was exceptional. I am very greatful, as well as the staff at the call centre. I did find the computer program very cumbersome however.
Great experience with the company. Boxes arrived quickly and with the clear instructions I had my boxes ready for pickup in no time. Due to work commitments I had to reschedule the pickup but the customer service rep was very helpful over the phone rescheduling for another day. I was a bit worried about all the required documentation but the online portal was clear and concise about what info was needed so got through it in no time. Driver arrived during the arranged pickup window and even helped bring some of the boxes down to the van with me. Highly recommend and will use them again in the future.

SA to USA - on the South African side Seven Seas were very proficient - the help line was always available and assisted with all my questions. My collection date was changed a number of times and this was quick and easy to do. Collection guys, Keenen & Hugh friendly and helpful which made packing the cube easy and quick. We await our cube in the US now.

Very clear and comprehensive paperwork. Whenever I did have questions (shipment from UK to USA) the people on the end of the phone help line were very knowledgeable and helpful, including going on line with me to help clarify what was meant. Collection driver friendly and helpful. Tracking efficient. Timings all good.

Do not use this company! The charges at each stage of the process are not transparent at all. The initial cost of having my bike transported from my home in Málaga, Spain to to the Cotswolds was expensive enough (649 euros), after that there were several additional charges and the bill ended up being just under a thousand pounds, on top of that the delivery was over two weeks longer than agreed. The company are very unapologetic to the point of being aggressive. They constantly use the excuse of "unforseen circunstances" which I think for a European job is not good enough. After paying nearly a thousand pounds they then added yet another charge of £6.49, just when I thought it couldn't get any worse. To move one bike the price was exorbitant and the delivery was also slow and I had to chase them up for two weeks just to find out what was going on.
Onece you paid the fees, there is no active follow up. You have to contact them by phone or email. Tried to call them, no one would answer your call. That hotline is either Busy or in maintenance. If you send them an email, you be get reply within few days. Even you visit their office, there is no one there. You have to try calling them days by days
Service was good. Would recommend if relocating. Only thing I would say could improve is getting reminded and more guidance on the customs forms as wasn’t very clear…. Other then that all good!

The stuff of customer service was very nice and professional when I contacted with them as the fist time I adopted your service, and then your system in website is very easy to operate to apply the service, eventually, you always confirmed and promised me step by step whatever operational or documental processes.

Seven seas is very communicative with every step of the way. Lovely and helpful staff when called if needed help and very patient.
Would highly recommend. I used Sevenseas to move from Perth, Australia to Suffolk,England. I used a small movecube and was impressed with the price and convenience. The drivers both ends were really friendly and helpful and the 2 times I had to phone up the helpline they were also really friendly. The live tracking system was really useful. Altogether my cube took just under 4 months from pick up to delivery.

Aug 20,2024Excellent, helpful service who answered all my questions very patiently. I was sent email updates whenever there was a delay (at the port, for example). I was contacted well in advance regarding the delivery date and the driver from Belgium (you know who you are!) apologized for arriving earlier than expected and carried the box into my flat, which was not part of the contract. I also found the price very fair and there were no unexpected charges.
