Aug 06,2024Not a good service for Israel. They ship to the port and they don't even give you any details of what happens afterwards. No storage services. They say that the shipping will arrive to the port and then someone (not from Seven Seas, just from the port itself) will call me. Sounds like a great way to lose all of my belongings. For other countries apparently they offer door-to-door services so that might be why their rating is high. But for Israel I don't see how they can even suggest to ship my items with no details whatsoever of what happens afterwards.

They truly streamlined a process that felt very overwhelming. When you log into your profile there are sections to upload the different documents required and it’s all very step by step. They sent us reminders to ensure everything was on time. Everyone we dealt with through customer service, whether via phone or email, was fantastic and very helpful. I highly recommend Seven Seas!
