Oct 26,2024Nie jestem zadowolona z usług tej strony!! Wręcz rozczarowana...sprawiają dużo problemów ze zwrotem pieniędzy za zwrócony produkt. Kurier, którego zamówiłam na własny koszt (czego kompletnie nie rozumiem bo w dzisiejszych czasach rzetelne strony mają taki serwis opłacony) już ponad tydzień temu dostarczył towar zwrotny. A customer service nadal nie może sobie poradzić ze zwrotem pieniędzy za produkt, który nie był użyty. Przypuszczam, że jest to mała firma bo jak tylko napisze maila to dostaje odpowiedź po 2-3 dniach bez żadnej sensownej odpowiedzi tak naprawdę. Nie podoba mi się to i nie polecam nikomu tej strony bo widzę, że sprawa będzie przeciągana ile się da. Słabo!!

Oct 24,2024Fridge freezer arrived with slight damage. Doesnt affect use and not noticeable as under the counter at the back. Was offered an exchange or partial refund. I accepted the refund. Only £18 which I thought was quite poor but I had already unpacked the fridge and disposed of packaging so too inconvenient to send back.

Oct 23,2024Splashback was obviously broken by ParcelForce at their depot. I have tried to contact SIA by phone and email. No response from them at all. They are quite happy to keep sending emails trying to get you to buy things from them but can’t respond to any emails you send them! Don’t waste your time buying from them unless you want to be ripped off! Why do companies do this to their customers?

Oct 23,2024The integrated cooker hood was 61cm, not 60cm, so did not fit in the space but I still had to pay the cost of returning it, which I don’t think is fair at all as it is not my fault that the size of the appliance is wrong. 1cm is a big difference in an integrated appliance, it is impossible to fit it. It has delayed the completion of my kitchen refurb.
