Oct 29,2024Spend almost 2k on appliances from this organisation for my new kitchen, had problems with oven called to report issue but was not able to upload description to website due to medical problems so had to put things on hold whilst I sort hospital appointments and did what needed to be done plus having to wait for results etc, problem with oven now got worse but because I’m now outside the 12 months warranty they will not do anything, “sad” I think not considerate in any shape or form.

Despite several emails after shipit reply and a telephone calls. I refused there offer of £25 and would like a replacement. Maybe you could reply to me know.
