I have got faulty oven air fryer via b&q product of shipit appliances order nr 1033139825. Wrote thousands of emails but didn’t solved the problem.They just make excuses in every mail. It was very bad experience buying from shipit appliances.
The product is all good - just feel that you should send an email- when the product has been paid for and again when product is being sent out

Ordering process straightforward but delivery was not on scheduled day and no notification was given for cancellation. Fortunately I am retired so I didn’t have to miss work for the delivery which was 24 hrs late.

Terrible service. The item arrive broken twice. Managed to arrange redelivery each time but they kept sending to the wrong address. Now the item has already stopped working. I have contacted them by email and spoken to them by phone and now I am getting ignored.
Fairly good experience quality is reassuring
Ordered a coffee machine from them, and it leaked everywhere after the first use, and then every time after the subsequent uses. Contacted ShipIt, and they said I could only have a refund if I videoed the fault, and paid for the return. It’s almost like they’re never read Section 23 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

A Faulty Air Fryer returned. (Still under guarantee) Ship It, tried passing the buck to the Manufacturer until being advised it was their responsibility. As a supplier, they should know THEY are the first point of contact, not the manufacturer. Goods returned but after 6 emails and three phone calls still no refund. Just false promises no results.
We purchased a hob from this company which looked lovely. It wasn’t until we installed it that we realised the spacing is badly laid out so we can’t use two pans next to each other or they touch the splashback. Obviously once installed we were stuck with it and we’ve made it work but this week one of the iron pan supports suddenly snapped whilst I was cooking pasta on it. The pan tipped and boiling water went everywhere but fortunately I managed to jump out of the way. I contacted the company about obtaining a replacement support and told them what happened and got absolutely no reply. I’ve since emailed again and again been completely ignored. On this basis I would recommend avoiding both the products and the company as their customer service is appalling. Updated to say they did eventually reply two weeks later. No mention of the dangerous situation caused by the pan support collapsing, tipping boiling water everywhere but I was told I could buy another one. I asked if it would be covered by the warranty but was told it’s a cosmetic part and so no. I would argue that the part is essential in order to use the appliance but they wouldn’t agree. And so now I’m forking out to replace a part I have no faith in, to make a poor quality appliance work. I won’t be coming back here and cannot recommend.

Ordered on line, rang customer service to check the extractor was available for immediate collection. Arrived at the warehouse and was handed the item within minutes. Would certainly use again.

Good price, easy to order with next day delivery
Bought a cooker hood. It arrived dented. Returned it and had to pay for return. It was picked up from my house via overnight courier as instructed by shipitappliances. 2 weeks and still no refund. Called the company 3 times still no explanation. Appalling customer service and I will definitely not use them again.
