Was looking to buy a kickboard fan heater online, found the one I wanted and Coupert flashed up that it was £10 cheaper from Ship it, had never heard of them but they had good reviews so ordered from them. Did have to pay £3.99 delivery but still made it way cheaper. Ordered on a Monday with standard delivery, 3-5 days. email from Parcelforce the following day to say they had it and delivered on the Wednesday. Excellent price and excellent service.

The order number is 850784. I was sent a leaking tap, which cost me over £200 to install. This was noticed as soon as it was installed. I notified them and sent them a video. This was over two months ago. Ever since, I keep chasing them for an adequate response, for a replacement or a refund, but they just say they will get back to me, but they never do. I have now made legal claims and will take action to recover my money.

I bought a SIA angled extractor fan and am very pleased with the product as well as the delivery from Ship It Applicances - good communications and swift delivery and a reasonably priced product that looks great in my new kitchen - really makes it look modern!

Hadn’t heard of this company before, however they had a great price for the small freezer I required, and it arrived within 3 days of ordering. However on inspection, found damage to the body of the freezer. Contacted customer service immediately, they couldn't have been more helpful, and a replacement was delivered next day - excellent service. Highly recommend.

Had a failure of our 15 year old cooker hood. Got the part number from the label inside and found exactly that part number of cooker hood available from SIA. Placed an order and received delivery. Very disappointed to find the design has changed completely and as the chimney in the new design is significantly narrower than the original design, it will not fit. Had to return it at my expense of nearly £10. The company should not use the same part number for such a major design change.

Absolutely awful customer service. I ordered an item and the delivery drivers kept messing it up, they sent it to the wrong depot!! I raised this with Amazon, and they issued me a refund which I assumed was in agreement with this company. After this I was then told to go and pick it up from the depot which is not in my hometown. My partner made the trip as I have just given birth so I cannot go anywhere. Fast forward the company messaged me and said enjoy the product so I assumed the refund had been cancelled , 8 days later I received another message saying I have to package up the product and get it ready for someone to collect. I understand they need the product back as a refund has been issued but they clearly messaged me saying enjoy the product nothing about having to give it back so I assumed the refund hadn’t gone through until I checked my bank account today. And now they’re asking me to pay through PayPal, which only seems viable if it was a small business. I didn’t even request a refund I was happy to them to keep the payment even though I received my product 4 days too late!

After having great difficulty finding stockists for spin dryers I came upon Ship it Appliances. Went on line ready to be told " We don't deliver to N Ireland" and delighted when that didn't happen! Delivery within three days by Parcel Post. Appliance just right, compact and easy instructions. Thank you folks 🙂

Good competitive prices and fast no nonsense delivery. Had a small issue when unpacking appliance which was sorted effectively and satisfactory by Abi and Jess in customer service. Would recommend.
