I was so happy as I did not expect to receive it until Monday. I've installed the freezer and works perfectly.

Mar 31,2025Order arrived badly damaged. The freezer had no packaging around it for protection only a ripped cardboard box.Delivery driver very rude. Company have no consideration for customer. Customer advisors need retraining. Sent back after 8 phone calls to customer service advisors who were useless. Still waiting on refund, had to call again today to be told it has taken a week for the freezer to be returned to them. Have got to wait a further 3-5 working days for refund. I have not been contacted by the company like the reply promised. Awaiting refund. Avoid at all costs.

Apr 08,2025I got my kitchen appliances from this company a while and the process was so simple when my SIA ceramic hob got accidentally damaged I automatically went back to the same company. Ordered on Friday 4thand delivered Saturday 5th by parcel force at the time I was told. I had the option to track my delivery but I didn’t use the option. Once delivered I took it out of the box and fitted it. Great company to buy from.
