Nov 02,2024Bought two hood extractors for a rental property. Extremely poor suction, set off smoke detectors. Took ages for customer services to get in touch. Asked for a video, so did smoke test and sent to them. No response. Finally called them today 01.11.24. They have agreed that i could send back, but i explained that i dont have boxes that big to send back two extractors. Basically told me it was not their problem. I also mentioned that i incurred two sets of costs for fitting, and for an electrician, and will do so now again for items that were extremely poor. Again was told its not their problem. Both customer service, and products, extremely poor. And i have lost a decent amount of money now on installation. I would now of course have to pay a 3rd time to fit new ones. It has cost me heavily buying from this company. *UPDATE" Customer services took details from me, and there has been no further contact. Therefore it looks like i have lost my money with this company. Terrible products, and customer service.

Oct 31,2024Honest to god please don’t use this company . Bough a freezer through B&Q who got it from this company . Came bashed and broken . Called right away and oh we’re so sorry . We will get it picked up . 4 weeks it took them and it’s the whole we’re so sorry that’s not like us . Had to contact lawyer to finally get it picked up and then wait for refund . AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE .

Nov 05,2024Feel Cheated on price by the company. I was told to purchase directly from their website rather than SIA's Amazon store to ensure the order reaches them directly. When purchased the product, I was told that it makes no difference and as a result had to pay additional £17.00 for the product + £19.00 for the ducting kit which if purchased via Amazon, is included as standard. Out of Pocket by £36.00. I was told that if I want to return, I will have to pay the postage. So much for the customer loyalty by going direct through them upon their advice. Avoid purchasing from them. Doubt if the product is any good either.
