Oct 22,2024A toaster I bought from Shipitappliances via Amazon in October 2023, stopped working recently. As it was within one year of purchase, it is the responsibility of the seller to either repair or replace the item. On 11th August, 2024, informed Shipitappliances. On 13th September, after numerous exchanges of messages (:including supplying them with a video of a non-functioning toaster!) they arranged to pick the toaster up and, at the same time, supply a new toaster. A few days before the 13th, I was asked to give them a date for collection, so I gave them a choice of 2 dates, the 12th and the 14th. They then came back with the 13th, which required me to alter previously made appointments, as one has to be available to receive/ hand over the goods. Much to my surprise, they picked up the old toaster, but failed to deliver the new one. After several days I queried what had happened to my new toaster, only to be told that a replacement was not going to be sent as a credit was being generated. I finally received confirmation from Amazon on 20th September that a credit had been generated. That is one month and 11 days! Appalling.

Apart from Delivery from home address Not clear spent 15mins on phone to parceleforce to clarify situation they came up trumps.One delivery not 2.You need to update your communication with parcelforce.Otherwise Excellent Colleagues xx

Since I haven't had the chance to use it yet, I cannot comment on its efficiency as described. Thank you.
