Jan 16,2020Could not have asked for better service. My grandmother's buffet was packaged up with such with tender loving care, and delivered the same way. Service was timely, and the communication about pickup/delivery times was excellent. The price was quite reasonable, too.

Jan 15,2020I was very satisfied with the service and results of the shipping we did. It was a little confusing that the pick up was done by another company - I think - although they were great. The price was more, but I understand that the weight was different than estimated. I appreciated it that I could talk with a person, as I found it hard to figure it all out on line - although that was my problem not Ship Smart's. However, I would say that many people shipping may be older, and it is helpful to talk with people in person. Thanks for your hep.

Jan 09,2020I was a nervous wreck not having had any prior experience shipping delicate items across the country. I emailed and called my contact person at Ship Smart numerous times (and made a real pain of myself) with questions, concerns, comments and he was always - ALWAYS - kind and understanding. On pickup day I was contacted as promised, the driver & helper arrived on time, carefully moved each box & item, and both were polite, well-informed and funny. They were easy to talk with and made me feel that this company knew what they were doing and was well worth their reviews. I would certainly use them again and I will since a box of China was found that needs to go to the same location from the east coast to the west. Thank you Ship Smart for making this task so easy.

I was updated at each step and my chairs arrived on time and in good condition. The delivery men were courteous and professional. I have recommended this company and would use them again.
