Sep 20,2019ShipSmart did an outstanding jymoving furniture from Wisconsin to a granddaughter’ ‘s apartment in Boston. The initial packing was done efficiently and when promised as was the delivery. The delivery group even set her bed up for her. Everything was delivered in perfect condition. I would recommend them unconditionally. I’m a satisfied customer.

Sep 18,2019I needed to have a marble game table and chairs shipped from New Jersey to Texas. I was referred to ShipSmart by a moving company who frankly told me that it was too small a job for them and recommended ShipSmart. I contacted them and was able to talk to a "live person" and got a quote on the phone. The packing crew arrived at my sister's house in New Jersey on time and carefully packed the items in crates and boxes. We were given an estimated date for delivery with the assurance that they would contact me with an exact delivery time. I was very pleased when they called several days prior to the original date to deliver the items. They carefully unloaded and unpacked the items and inspected for damage (there was none). I am very pleased with the service I received from ShipSmart.

Sep 18,2019I decided to have an estate sale to eliminate the moving expenses of moving from Missouri to Calif. There were certain items I really wanted to keep though. After calling moving companies and finding out I didn’t have enough for them and also calling UPS to ship boxes but they couldn’t move my antique bed frame, I discovered Ship Smart. This company far exceeded my expectation in cost but most importantly, every person I spoke with from my initial call,the men that came to pick up my stuff and the people I spoke with to confirm shipping were so helpful and personable! The items arrived within 2 weeks. Excellent company that allowed me to move items I didn’t think I would be able to take.

Sep 18,2019customer service very attentive , responded quickly and helped me with my needs and questions- had many as I was worried about delivery time conflicting with a vacation we had planned The packing (we had an antique dining set shipped from Ohio to the mountains in CO) was top notch. I had bought insurance against damage or loss but really didn't need as it was packed so well- one little tear in the outside of one box but there was no damage to the content. I would highly recommend Ship Smart

Sep 17,2019I was referred by a moving company. They gave me a code for getting a discount before I phoned Ship Smart. The rest went smoothly. Pickup was made. And the bookcase was pickup. What happened went good. But the truck when backing struck a rain gutter. There was slight damage. This was not agreed by the driver. Since then the rain gutter has be repaired. I would use Ship Smart again if I ship a large item.

Oct 29,2019Communication was just OK. The final bill was 25% higher than the estimate. We provided the exact dimensions and weights of our professionally prepacked boxes and items. Our original estimate was based on 367lbs and 112cubic feet. We received a request to charge our credit card for an additional $900+ as they stated our weight ended up being 581lbs and 122cubic feet. The new weight is 214# heavier than estimated. We compared the items to the shipping weights of the manufacturer as a verification.
