May 03,2019I chose ShipSmart over two less expensive bids due to reviews. And I could not be more pleased. Money well-spent. A custom-made desk was shipped across country to my daughter/son-in-law and arrived right on schedule (6 days).I chose the “white-glove” option and it was packed well, unpacked & set-up with what my daughter described as over-the-top-stunning-customer-service. If I ever have to ship anything like this again, ShipSmart will have my business.

The couple who picked up our boxes was friendly, professional and assisted us when I needed my mother's fragile china sent to a separate address. The delivery to CA was timely, the one to DC took a lot longer than anticipated but the china arrived in perfect condition

Mar 23,2019I recently had a china cabinet shipped. My estimate was based on the item description from the drop down box on the website. However, my cabinet weighed significantly more than was projected with an increased cost. I am pleased that Ship Smart worked with me to arrive at a reasonable rate for shipping. The cabinet was well packaged and was delivered on time as expected. The driver who delivered the package was very thoughtful and helpful. Given my recent interaction with Ship Smart, I would not hesitate to use their services again. It was great working with a company that listens and resolves a customer's concerns.

Mar 23,2019I was extremely happy with Smart ship - the cost was greater than I expected but they picked up my items & did break a roller on a bureau but it was repaired when it reached the other end. I was not expecting that. My items were delivered safely with 1 hope chest mishap but I should be able to repair it on my own. Over all they were very professional and accommodating - I will definitely use them again!

Mar 23,2019Packing was very good - everything packed on pallets and wrapped in heavy, protective plastic. Pick-up and delivery were timely - received goods in one week (DC to Saint Louis). Pricing was transparent - actual price was higher than original quotation but due to our having more shipping weight so fair and understandable. Our experience was excellent and would do it again.
