May 31,2019I did complete a survey on May 23rd, as I recall, but happy to do another! Every aspect of moving my great-grandmother's antique bedroom furniture from Minnesota to Michigan went so smoothly. Purchasing the move went well....the scheduling gal was VERY helpful in walking me through the process. I had adequate notice of when the local movers would be at my home and they took great care in getting the furniture ready to ship. I was appraised of when it would leave Minnesota, and when it was en route to Schoolcraft, Michigan. My brother said that notification of its' arrival was well done, and he was pleased with the delivery process. Also, I thought the cost was reasonable! THANK YOU!

May 30,2019Following my father's recent death we had four largish paintings shipped cross country using Ship Smart. The whole operation was professional beginning with the original price estimate, pickup at the address in Virginia, expert packaging to assure safe transit, and ending in California with the final delivery which was well coordinated by the carrier as to timing. Pricing was fair and frankly less than I had originally anticipated.

May 24,2019I was taking care of an estate and had to ship items to Pasadena, Brooklyn and Sarasota. Everything that I was told would happen did. They showed up on time, packed all the items and everything was delivered perfectly. I priced other moving firms and they were the most reasonable ...... the cherry on the top. I would not hesitate to use them again if needed.

May 20,2019Hiring Ship Smart to ship my heirlooms was my best option by far. I looked into larger carriers and was informed about Ship Smart. They were very professional, quick to respond to my questions and a quote, and the shipment was packed very well. The crate was professional constructed with no damage during its shipment. Very pleased with Ship Smart and would recommend to anyone who is interested in shipping heirlooms across the country.

The gentleman that delivered here in New York was the best I have ever had handle our goods all by himself he unloaded and placed the boxes where I wanted them. Highly recommended on both ends.
